Sesame Cucumber Pineapple Salad

2 organic cucumbers peeled
1/4 pineapple cut into thin slices
1/3 cup sesame seeds
Dressing
1/4 cup washed and diced cilantro
4 Tbsp sesame oil
4 Tbsp Rice wine vinegar
4 Tbsp Lime juice
1 Tbsp Raw Honey
1tsp Garlic Powder
2 tsp ginger powder
2 tsp cumin
dash of red pepper flakes

For this recipe I used my Spiralizer for the cucumber noodles, then cut the pineapple into thin slices.
In a separate bowl I mixed all the ingredients of the dressing leaving out the cilantro and sesame seeds until the end when the dressing is fully wisked. Pour the dressing over the noodles and pineapple mix in the coolant and sesame seeds to top it off and enjoy!!

Sesame seeds and oil: Detoxifies, aids in treating anxiety and depression, boosts dental health, helps to prevent collateral and colon cancer, and promotes blood circulation and production of red blood cells.
