We are talking meditation – sorry if that title deceived you.
When I first started considering meditation I was under the impression that I would have to fold myself into a pretzel on the floor in order to participate. I have since learned that the position you assume while meditating is really all about comfort and shutting out the world. I generally sit in a really comfy chair, in a room with a lot of natural light, with the room door closed to block out the hustle and bustle of the others in my home.
If you struggle to find the time to meditate, try bringing your meditation with you. Dave meditates daily in his car before work (after he has parked, no driving and meditating here). He makes himself comfortable, plays meditative music like Tibetan Singing Bowls, and uses a mantra to clear his mind. The ultimate goal is to find a position and location where you are comfortable, can relax, clear your mind and escape the world.
