DIY Pain relief for inflammation


This all natural oil recipe for pain relief due to inflammation is sure to make you say “Ahhh”.  Using a roller bottle,  rub this mixture up the center of the soles of your feet for internal inflammation or directly onto the pain site for localized inflammation.

Place 10 drops each of the following oils into a roller bottle:

copaiba, peppermint,  rosemary,  ginger,  melaleuca

Top off the roller bottle with a carrier oil such as coconut oil and roll away the pain!
