Welcome to a new segment of our Foodie Friday Tricks and Tips! We will be featuring a local restaurant or haunt monthly. In general we are looking for restaurants that can cater to vegan and gluten free cuisine, that offer a scratch kitchen and that ideally, source locally.
This week we checked out the 110 Grill in Haverhill, MA. This is a brand new location for the established New England chain.
Atmosphere: relaxed, casual but trendy with dining room, bar or outdoor seating available, kid friendly.
Service: very friendly, attentive and timely. All allergen dishes are presented by the manager and have a special stick indicating that it is an allergen free dish.
Menu selections: Full gluten free menu with a dedicated fryer. Many dishes able to be made vegan with some modifications, something they were more than willing to do.
Taste: Full of flavor, fresh, and worth the moderate menu prices.
Presentation: upscale without being stuffy, portions are generous. As mentioned previously, allergen dishes are presented by the manager with a special stick indicating it is an allergen free dish.
Fab Rating: Five Stars – highly recommended!
