Tea for Tatas


During chemotherapy, herbal teas were my go to for hydration, warming up and calming my queasy belly.  Here are some of my favorites:

Chamomile Tea was my best friend.  Chamomile is not only great for soothing the stomach, but also great for treating sleep anxiety and reflux.

Ginger Tea was my go to when my stomach was the most upset.  Ginger tea eases stomach pain and nausea and also has an anti-inflammatory effect.

Green Tea is high in antioxidants and promotes healthy cell growth.  It also has a relaxing and calming effect.
