Oils to sleep by night time diffuser

Busy days can lead to restless nights.  Use this recipe in an oil diffuser when you are having trouble sleeping or feeling restless.

2 drops true lavender essential oil: works to calm nerves, relax the body, relieve headaches and muscle aches, reduce anxiety

3 drops orange essential oil: has a calming effect on the mind.

2 drops cedarwood essential oil: has a calming effect on the brain and promotes the release of serotonin which turns into melatonin and promotes sleep.

2 drops ylang-ylang essential oil: helps to reduce emotional and psychological stress and calm the mind
