The calm after the storm

journalToday is a great day to reflect on the holiday and the year in general.  Take out your journal, turn to a clean page and start writing.  How was the holiday?  What will you do differently next year?  What will you repeat for next year?  What amazing things happened this year?

Taking this time to reflect during the “calm after the storm” can be a great way to record the magic of the holiday.  It is also a great way to release any emotional energy and allow yourself the opportunity to recharge.
