Coconuts not only taste like a tropical get away (yes please!) they are loaded with anti viral, anti fungal, anti bacterial properties and antioxidants! They are loaded with vitamins, minerals, healthy fat and nutrients.
In a blender combine
1 cup almond coconut milk
1/2 cup frozen coconut
1/2 cup frozen organic raspberries
1 scoop vanilla vegan, raw protein powder
Blend then pour the mixture into a bowl or cup and top with fresh raspberries (or thawed frozen organic if out of season)
