2- 29oz cans of organic black beans (drained and rinsed)
1- 29oz can of organic red beans (drained and rinsed)
1- 29oz can of organic diced tomatoes
7- stalks celery diced
2- medium onions diced
2- Tbsp of cumin
2- Tbsp paprika
2- tsp onion salt
1- tsp of red pepper flakes
2 cloves garlic pressed
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
Add all ingredients to the crockpot and cook on high for 4-5 hours. Stir occasionally and add your favorite vegan cheese and avocado to top.
