Red Raspberries are loaded with antioxidants like Vitamin C, quercetin and gallic acid that help fight against cancer, heart disease and aging. They are also have awesome anti-inflammatory properties thanks to their high levels of ellagic acid.
In blender combine:
1 scoop raw, vegan chocolate protein
1 cup frozen organic raspberries
1 1/2 cups almond coconut milk
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Blend and then pour the mixture into a bowl and top with 2 tbs chia seeds, 1 tsp of cacoa powder, and and optional 1/3 cup gluten free granola.
