Maca Pineapple Smoothie Bowl


Maca is a rich source of vitamins, minerals, enzymes, amino acids and antioxidants. It containts glucosinates,  the same antioxidancts that make broccoli, cabbage, and other cruciferous vegetables so good for you.  It is also great for a natural energy boost and to help sharpen and enhance mental function.

In a blender combine:

1 scoop raw, vegan vanilla protein

1 cup almond coconut milk

1 scoop maca powder

1 cup frozen pineapple blend (mango, coconut, pineapple, raspberries)

Blend and then pour into a bowl and top with fresh pineapple, 1/3 cup gluten free granola,  and 2 tbs chia seeds
