In a blender combine:
1 cup almond coconut milk
1 scoop raw vegan protein (vanilla)
3/4 cup tropical frozen blend (coconut, mango, raspberry, pineapple) You can create your own or purchase a prepared mix.
1/2 cup fresh organic strawberries (or frozen organic when out of season)
Blend and then pour the mixture into a bowl and top with 2 tbs chia seeds, 1/3 cup gluten free granola, fresh strawberries and blueberries (or thawed frozen organic when out of season).
