Beet Zoodles with Marinated Mushrooms

A delicious combination of beets, zucchini and previously marinated mushrooms make this a fast dish to put together.

  • 2 lbs Beets washed, peeled, spiralized
  • 1 large Zucchini washed, peeled, spiralized or shaved
  • 1/4 cup Marinated Mushrooms


  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and toss to combine.  Drizzle extra marinade over each serving.
