Heart Healthy Hydration and Anti-Inflammation Juice

Ingredients

  • 2 large Beets
  • 3 ea Apples organic
  • 3 ea Oranges peeled
  • 1/2 ea Cantaloupe rind removed
  • 1 inch Fresh Ginger peeled
  • 1 ea Organic English Cucumber peeled

Instructions

  1. Using a large reservoir, juice all items, stir to combine well. Store in the fridge for up to 7 days.
