Sprechen sie Dill Cucumber Salad (raw, vegan, gluten free)

Ingredients

  • 2 English cucumber organic, peeled, diced
  • 1 small Vidalia Onion diced
  • 1 pint Cherry Tomatoes organic, halved
  • 2 tbsp Dill fresh, chopped
  • 1 clove Garlic crushed
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice fresh
  • 1 cup Non dairy sour cream or plain, non dairy unsweetened yogurt
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine the lemon juice, dill, garlic, non dairy yogurt in a bowl and stir to combine thoroughly

  2. Combine the cucumber, tomatoes and onion in a separate bowl.  Pour the dressing on top and stir to coat

  3. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste
