Quinoa Taco Salad (vegan, gluten free)

Combined with our Chipotle Corn Salsa, this main dish is a show stopper!

  • 2 cups Quinoa cooked
  • 2 Avocados ripe, diced, pit removed
  • 1 cup Black Beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup Heirloom tomatoes organic, diced
  • 1/2 cup Cilantro fresh, chopped


  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and stir well to combine.

  2. Serve with Chipotle Corn Salsa and Organic Corn Chips.
