Quinoa Taco Salad (vegan, gluten free)
Combined with our Chipotle Corn Salsa, this main dish is a show stopper!

- 2 cups Quinoa cooked
- 2 Avocados ripe, diced, pit removed
- 1 cup Black Beans drained and rinsed
- 1 cup Heirloom tomatoes organic, diced
- 1/2 cup Cilantro fresh, chopped
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and stir well to combine.
Serve with Chipotle Corn Salsa and Organic Corn Chips.
