Watermelon Cucumber Salad (vegan, raw, gluten free)
This refreshing salad is high in antioxidants, reduces inflammation, and helps to achieve an alkaline body pH.
Prep Time 15 minutes
- 1/4 Watermelon sliced and diced
- 2 ea Organic English Cucumbers peeled and sliced
- 2 tbs Mint fresh, rinsed, chopped
- 2 tbs Lime juice fresh squeezed
- Pink Himalayan Sea Salt
- Fresh berries for garnish optional
Mix all ingredients in a bowl and serve chilled. Top with berries of your choice to enhance the flavor and the nutrients (optional).
