Watermelon Cucumber Salad (vegan, raw, gluten free)

This refreshing salad is high in antioxidants, reduces inflammation, and helps to achieve an alkaline body pH.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 Watermelon sliced and diced
  • 2 ea Organic English Cucumbers peeled and sliced
  • 2 tbs Mint fresh, rinsed, chopped
  • 2 tbs Lime juice fresh squeezed
  • Pink Himalayan Sea Salt
  • Fresh berries for garnish optional

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and serve chilled.  Top with berries of your choice to enhance the flavor and the nutrients (optional).
