Gazpacho (vegan, gluten free)
The perfect summer dish.

- 2 Avocados ripe, peel and pit removed
- 2 English cucumbers organic, peeled
- 2 handfuls Cilantro fresh
- 2 cloves Garlic raw
- 2 Scallions chopped
- 2 cups Distilled water
- 2 tsp Pink Himalayan Sea Salt
- 2 Limes juiced
Refrigerate all ingredients until they are cold.
Place all chilled ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
Chill again until ready to be served.
Garnish with fresh cilantro.
