Gazpacho (vegan, gluten free)

Ingredients

  • 2 Avocados ripe, peel and pit removed
  • 2 English cucumbers organic, peeled
  • 2 handfuls Cilantro fresh
  • 2 cloves Garlic raw
  • 2 Scallions chopped
  • 2 cups Distilled water
  • 2 tsp Pink Himalayan Sea Salt
  • 2 Limes juiced

Instructions

  1. Refrigerate all ingredients until they are cold.

  2. Place all chilled ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.

  3. Chill again until ready to be served.

  4. Garnish with fresh cilantro.
