Cacoa-vocado creaminess (raw, vegan, gluten free)
Avocados are an amazing source of healthy fat (Omega 3 fatty acids). Avocado is high in fiber and is loaded with antioxidants and phytonutrients. Cacoa is high in antioxidants, rich in minerals like magnesium and calcium, can help detoxify the liver and improve your mood. These two super foods come together to make a delicious snack or dessert.
- 2 large Avocados ripe and pitted
- 1/2 cup Cacoa powder raw
- 1/4 cup Almond milk raw or other non dairy alternative
- 3 Dates pitted
- 1/8 tsp Pink Himalayan Sea Salt
Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until creamy and smooth.
Pour into individual serving dishes and chill in the fridge for 1 hour before serving.
