I find peace and tranquility today, whether I am alone or with other people:
You may think of yourself as an extrovert or an introvert, but take those conclusions with a grain of salt. We can easily typecast ourselves into believing we have to be one or the other. Mindfulness practice can help to accept any situation, whether we find ourselves in solitude, in a crowd, or sometimes the combination of the two. Take the time to be grateful for all situations and practice this mindfulness exercise:
Picture in your minds eye the invisible connections that bind you to the people in your world. See the connections enfolded with love, peace and good will. Strive to carry these feelings with you through out your day whether you are alone or with others.
