Toasty Tuesday – Cinna-nana nut Toast

Who doesn’t love toast?!? With the onset of the “Avocado toast” craze, we wanted to bring you some other alternatives that are vegan and gluten free.  First up: Cinna-nana nut!

2 slices Gluten Free Cinnamon Raisin Toast (possible options Glutino, Udi, Three Bakers)Cinna_nana nut

1 -2 tbs nut butter of your choice

1 banana sliced

1 tsp chia seeds

1/2 tsp agave

Toast the bread.  Spread the nut butter spread (while the toast is warm for extra gooey-ness). Place sliced bananas (cute designs and smiley faces optional).  Sprinkle with chia seeds and drizzle with agave.  Enjoy!
