Fudgey Protein Brownies (gluten free, vegan)
These gooey, fudge, brownies will satisfy your craving without the guilt.
- 2 cups Bananas mashed
- 1 cup Peanut butter (smooth) all natural, substitute another nut butter if you prefer
- 1/2 cup Vanilla Vegan protein powder free from heavy metals, pesticides, GMOs, we use IsaLean from Isagenix
- 1/4 cup Cocoa powder
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract pure
Pre heat oven to 350 degrees
Line a small, 8x8 dish with parchment paper or grease with coconut oil and set aside.
In a large bowl combine mashed bananas and nut butter and whisk until fluffy.
Stir in protein and cocoa powders as well as the vanilla and mix well.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and cook for 12-20 minutes or until cooked through.
Let cool for at least 15 minutes before cutting. You can store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
