Basil Pesto (vegan, gluten free)

Use it to top your favorite gluten free pasta, veggie noodles, and more!

  • 3 cups Basil fresh
  • 3 cloves Garlic large
  • 1 Juice of large lemon
  • 1 tsp Pink Himalayan Sea Salt
  • 1/4 cup Avocado oil
  • 1/3 cup Walnuts toasted


  1. On a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper, place the walnuts in a single layer.  Toast in a 350 degree oven for about 10 minutes. Let cool before moving on to the next step.

  2. Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth and paste like.

  3. Serve over pasta, veggie noodles or use as a spread on a sandwich.
