Chocolate Covered Strawberry Hot Cocoa (vegan, gluten free)
What's better than a strawberry dipped in chocolate? A whole mug of strawberries dipped in hot chocolate!
- 2 cups Non dairy milk (we use So Delicious Coconut Milk) unsweetened
- 2 cups Strawberries organic, stems removed
- 1 1/5 tbsp Agave raw, organic
- 6 tbsp Cocoa powder organic, unsweetened, raw if possible
In a medium sauce pan on medium heat combine the non dairy milk, cocoa powder and agave. Whisk vigorously until well combined. Let the combination begin to warm, whisking occasionally.
In a blender or food processor, puree the strawberries well (let blend for approximately 1 minute to grind the seeds).
Pour the strawberry puree into the pot, whisking to combine. Allow to get hot without coming to a boil. You will see steam rising from the pot and bubbles will just begin to form when it is hot enough.
Remove from the heat and serve!
