Apple Pie Smoothie
I have been starting every morning with a protein smoothie. Fall is definitely in the air so I wanted share this recipe.
- 1 Large Organic apple
- 1 Frozen Organic Banana
- 2 cups Almond Milk
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 scoops vanilla vegan protein powder (your favorite)
- 1 cup you can use to your liking
- dash nutmeg
Add all to the blender and blend for an apple pie protein smoothie. Add a sprinkle of nutmeg add the end.
