Apple Pie Smoothie

I have been starting every morning with a protein smoothie. Fall is definitely in the air so I wanted share this recipe.

Ingredients

  • 1 Large Organic apple
  • 1 Frozen Organic Banana
  • 2 cups Almond Milk
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 scoops vanilla vegan protein powder (your favorite)
  • 1 cup you can use to your liking
  • dash nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Add all to the blender and blend for an apple pie protein smoothie.  Add a sprinkle of nutmeg add the end.
