Garlicky Goodness Hummus


  • 2 15 oz Cans Organic Chick Peas
  • 1/2 cup Lemon Juice
  • 3 Garlic Cloves
  • 1/2 cup tahini
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Pink Salt
  • 1/4 cup avocado oil
  • 1 tsp cumin


  1. Drain and rinse 2 cans of chick peas. In a food processor or high speed blender add all ingredients and blend well for 2-3 minutes.  Serve with your favorite vegetables or crackers.  Makes a great substitute for mayonnaise on sandwiches.
