Alkaline Smoothie


Alkaline Melon Pineapple Juice

We have spoken many times about keeping your body at the proper alkalinity. Alkaline dissolves acids in the blood with four main components: calcium, magnesium, sodium, and potassium. These four minerals work together to keep the body healthy and running properly.  This juice recipe is a great way to start and end your day.

Servings 4


  • 1 pineapple
  • 1 cantaloupe
  • 2 organic cucumbers
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 2 small pieces of turmeric


  1. 1. Make sure all your fruits and veggies have been washed before you cut them up.

    2. Cut pineapple, cantaloupe, cucumbers up small enough to fit your juicer.

    3. Peel your lemon. Don’t keep the rind on as it will be bitter for juicing.

    4. Juice all ingredients and serve cold. 

    5. This should be enough juice for a least 4 servings. 

Recipe Notes

All of the fruits and vegetables used in this juice are super alkaline foods. Starting and ending your day with this juice will help in so many ways including inflammation and alkalinity.
