We continue to be at the height of cold and flu season. This juice along with a more alkaline diet will help you fight this winter season’s germs away.

  • 8 Large Carrots
  • 5 Large Oranges
  • 1 2 inch piece Turmeric
  • 1 1 inch piece Ginger
  • 1/2 medium lemon


  1. 1. Wash, Peel and slice all of your fruits and vegetables

    2. Juice all ingredients and stir well.

    3. Drink within 24 hours, as to retain the health benefits of the juice.
