This super simple vegan lentil “meat” taco recipe is sure to make a fabulous taco Tuesday!
- 2 cups cooked lentils
- 1 cup organic canned black beans
- 1/2 cup sautéed carrots
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp chili pepper
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tbsp cumin
- 2 tsp garlic salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
Put all ingredients into the food processor and pulse until desired consistency.
I like mine the consistency of a meat substitute.
Be careful to not over blend as it will get very mushy.
Add into your favorite taco recipe and enjoy!
