Burnout happens when you avoid being human for too long.

Yesterday was National Stress Awareness Day so I wanted to dive in a bit deeper with this post.

Have you ever had a doctor say to you, “Jeez you really need to watch your stress level.” And you look at him like he has 5 heads because we ALL experience copious amounts of stress daily.

But what if instead of just saying you needed to reduce your stress, the doctor actually helped you develop a plan that would affect your mind, body, and spirit.

We all experience stress, whether it’s in the workplace, reading or watching the news, balancing relationships, or even taking care of our health.

The answer in not in a tiny pill or someone telling you to snap out of it.

How many of you journal? Or meditate? or see a therapist? What do you do to help the stress in your life?

If you can’t answer this question, lets chat! I can help you come up with a plan and we build it around natural and efficient ways to help you heal, destress and make self care your priority. You can’t pour from an empty cup, so let me help you fill it until it overflows.
