Fab’s Pina Colada Smoothie

This refreshing non alcoholic smoothie is sure to fill you with vitamins and minerals for a morning pick me up.

  • 1 large Banana
  • 1 cup Pineapple, Fresh or organic frozen
  • 1 cup Vanilla almond milk, unsweetened
  • 1 tsp agave
  • 1/2 tsp coconut extract
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups ice


  1. Put all ingredients into a high speed blender. Blend until smooth, desired consistency.

    For added protein- Add your favorite vegan, plant based protein powder. Vanilla always works well
