Strawberry Watermelon Smoothie

Summer is right around the corner. Watermelon is the fruit I look forward to eating and drinking. Here is a great twist for a perfect summer morning smoothie. Or add some vodka and makes a great cookout drink!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen organic strawberries
  • 3 cups fresh watermelon
  • 1 lime juiced
  • 5 leaves mint

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients into a high speed blender and blend until smooth. (leaving out 3 mint leaves for garnish)

    If you want to add protein- add your favorite vegan vanilla protein powder.
