Broccoli Salad

For a bright summer salad, packed with nutrients, this is perfect!

  • 1 head broccoli
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 cup organic shredded carrots
  • 1/3 cup diced red onions
  • 2 organic gala apples


  • 1/2 cup vegan mayonaise
  • 1/4 cup vegan sour cream
  • 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp agave
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp pink salt


  1. 1. Wash a chop broccoli into bite size pieces

    2. Combine all ingredients(except dressing) into large bowl

    3. In a separate bowl or blender combine all dressing ingredients

    4. Pour dressing over broccoli combination, toss and stir well.

    5. Broccoli Salad may be served immediately, or for best flavor refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving. Toss thoroughly before serving
