Roasted Cumin Cauliflower with dipping sauce

  • 1 head organic cauliflower separated into florets
  • 3 tbsp avocado oil
  • 2 tsp ground cumin
  • 2 tsp ground turmeric
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Dipping sauce

  • 1/4 cup vegan mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp sriracha sauce
  • 1 tsp agave
  • 1/4 cup vegan sour cream


  1. Whisk in a small bowl-oil, turmeric, cumin, pepper and garlic salt

    Place cauliflower florets on a baking sheet and toss with the oil seasoning.

    Roast in the oven at 425 for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.

    Dipping sauce: Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.

    Serve along side the cauliflower
