Roasted Cumin Cauliflower with dipping sauce
- 1 head organic cauliflower separated into florets
- 3 tbsp avocado oil
- 2 tsp ground cumin
- 2 tsp ground turmeric
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup vegan mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp sriracha sauce
- 1 tsp agave
- 1/4 cup vegan sour cream
Whisk in a small bowl-oil, turmeric, cumin, pepper and garlic salt
Place cauliflower florets on a baking sheet and toss with the oil seasoning.
Roast in the oven at 425 for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
Dipping sauce: Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
Serve along side the cauliflower
