Exercise is beneficial in so many ways. But having Cancer and trying to incorporate exercise can be a daunting task. When you feel as if your body has betrayed you and every part of you hurts, it’s hard to even think of incorporating exercise. So this month I will be highlighting beneficial and easy exercise. Remember to do things at your own pace and this is for you and your wellness. This is your time. So enjoy and choose things that make you feel empowered.
