Crazy for Cranberry Smoothie bowl
This morning treat is filled with vitamins, minerals, and is rich in antioxidants
- 1 cup frozen organic cranberries
- 1/2 cup frozen organc blueberries
- 2 cups Organic Unsweetened Coconut or nut Milk
- 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground clove
- 2 tbsp chia seeds (save for garnish and to mix into the bowl)
Add all ingredients (minus the chia seeds) into your high speed blender.
Blend for desired consistency
Pour into bowl
Add your chia seeds and enjoy!
