Peel and Spiralize zucchini. Grate carrots and cabbage. Chop cilantro finely. Add all ingredients to a bowl.
Dressing: In a separate bowl add Mayonnaise, vinegar, agave, garlic powder, celery salt and mustard powder. Whisk until blended.
