Peel and Spiralize the cucumber and zucchini. Lay on paper towels and squeeze water out. Set aside in a bowl. In the vitamin or blender add the avocado, mayonnaise, lime juice, 1/2 tsp of the pink salt and blend. Pour over the zoodles Sprinkle the rest of the salt and add the marinated artichokes to the top. Sprinkle with paprika and enjoy!!
