Lentil Tacos

This super simple vegan lentil "meat" taco recipe is sure to make a fabulous taco Tuesday! 

Servings: 4
  • 2 cups cooked lentils
  • 1 cup organic canned black beans
  • 1/2 cup sautéed carrots
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp chili pepper
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp cumin
  • 2 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  1. Put all ingredients into the food processor and pulse until desired consistency.

    I like mine the consistency of a meat substitute.

    Be careful to not over blend as it will get very mushy. 

    Add into your favorite taco recipe and enjoy!
